Salary : $66,248/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To : Senior Director HR Operations
Summary : The position will provide professional and supervisory work in the operational support of the Nations benefits department. The role provides direct supervision of the benefits department, ensuring full operational support for the employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, leaves, and other insurance and benefits programs. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.

- Must be an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management or a related field.
- Three (3) years previous experience with employee benefits and programs. (such as self-insured benefit plans, worker’s compensation, and/or Section 125, etc.).
