Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional tree care by implementing arboricultural BMPs and display a strong understanding of horticulture. This role requires a passion for the environment and a commitment to maintaining the health and beauty of trees and landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Meet with existing and potential clients to determine needs and objectives for trees under their management.
- Assess tree health and provide recommendations for proper care and maintenance.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve client and company objectives.
- Communicate with clients and team members to manage your schedule independently.
- Maintain equipment used in tree care operations.
Skills
- ISA Certified Arborist or qualified to test for certification immediately REQUIRED.
- Competence in tree work operations to effectively price company operations.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI standards for safe work practices and arboricultural BMPs for effective tree care.
- Background in horticulture.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
