Job Summary

Duties
- Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms; sterilize instruments
- Take digital impressions, X-rays, and intraoral photos
- Place and remove orthodontic appliances (brackets, bands, wires, aligners)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Accurately update patient charts and records
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
- Provide excellent chairside and patient support
Qualifications:
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Dental Assisting certification or license (per state requirements)
- Spanish Preferred
- Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
