Job Summary
We are a small company in need of a self motivated person to help run our customer window/scale. Must be able to communicate with customers. This is a unique position that requires a responsible individual who is eager to learn.
Duties
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette or in person
Requirements
- Previous cashiering experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with computer, cash handling procedures, and math concepts
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
