As an installer, you will be the face of our company and take pride in doing quality work that customers can trust.
You will manage your own jobs, work with customers, and be part of a team that values hard work, great service, and taking ownership of every project.
Our pay program rewards performance. The more jobs you complete, the more you can earn. There is no limit to your earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Install skirting systems on manufactured homes, mobile homes, trailers, and modular homes.
- Contact customers within 24 hours after receiving a work order to discuss the project and answer questions.
- Plan and complete most jobs in one day.
- Keep the work area clean by removing old materials and hauling away all debris after the job is finished.
- Collect payment when the project is complete and record the information using our company app.
- Solve problems at the job site while keeping projects on schedule and maintaining quality work.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer homeowner questions.
- Follow all company safety rules and quality standards.
What You Need
- Experience in construction, carpentry, siding, or a similar trade.
- Ability to measure, cut, and install building materials accurately.
- Experience working with steel or aluminum materials is a plus.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and work in tight spaces and in all types of weather throughout the year.
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to job sites. Most jobs are 1 to 3 hours away, however occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test, including medical cannabis .
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in residential construction, siding, or skirting installation.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Trade school, vocational training, or technical certifications are a plus.
- Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using mobile apps for invoices, taking job photos, and communicating with customers.
