Pay Range: $120k to $140k+ A Year, Based on experience and performance
Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly Rate: $25 - $32/hour
- Annual Range: $75k to $150k+ A Year!
- Bonuses: Based on Performance - $10k if you hit $1m etc.
- Commission: 8-12% Commission-Based
Location: Grapevine, TX
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday and/or flexibility with Saturday shift.
- No Sundays

Requirements:
- 2+ years of residential plumbing and drains or similar experience.
- Valid TEXAS driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Valid TEXAS plumbing license.
- Driven to success, a team player, and a strong work ethic with customer service capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform all plumbing services.
- Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
Position Summary:
BillyGO Air Conditioning & Plumbing is hiring a Licensed Plumber earning $120K–$140K+ per year to deliver expert residential plumbing services while building trust through solutions, education, and clear communication. You’ll own each call from diagnosis to completion, combining technical skill with a customer-first approach.

Core Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Plumber, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience with BillyGO. Your daily tasks will include:
- The Job: Serve and provide solutions. Respond to residential plumbing & drain service calls for homeowners.
- Problem Solve: Diagnose plumbing, drain and sewer issues and offer customer options for cleaning, repairs, or replacements, based on your recommendations.
- Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for solutions, and additional services for homeowners.
- Communicate Effectively: Educate the customer on the work that was completed, answer questions, and provide options and recommendations.
- Own the Relationship: Build the relationship and trust with your customers, follow-up, and convert on opportunities.
- Serve Gladly: Take care of the customer by keeping them informed of the work you are doing, when it will be done, and how it will be accomplished.
- Work Dependably: Keep your company vehicle clean, well maintained, and stocked with the required equipment and inventory for maximum efficiency.
- Develop Your Skills: Attend team meetings and training to continually improve skills and technical abilities.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
