All our positions require employees to be passionate, caring, flexible, and motivated. These are face to face roles that require you to be in person, working with children, and communicating with parents regularly.
Grade levels:
- Pre-Kindergarten (6 weeks-5 years old) Must be comfortable working with children in this age group
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Between 7:30/4:30pm or 8am/5pm)
Education:
- Minimum: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Professional Childcare: 2 years (REQUIRED)- please do not submit an application if you have not worked in childcare in a professional setting
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)

CLASSROOM ASSISTANTS
· 18 Years Old+
· 2 Years of Professional Childcare
· High School Diploma/GED- $18.42/hr.
· CDA- $20.47/HR
INFANT/TODDLER TEACHER
· 21 Years Old+
· 2 Years of Professional Childcare
· Associate’s in Early Childhood Education or Equivalent- $24.00/hr.
· Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or Equivalent- $25.10/hr.
· Masters or Higher in Early Childhood Education or Equivalent- $26.08/hr.
PRE-SCHOOL TEACHER
· 18 Years Old+
· 2 Years of Professional Childcare
· Associates in Early Childhood Education or Equivalent- $27.13/hr.
· Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or Equivalent- $28.39/hr.
· Masters or Higher in Early Childhood Education or Equivalent- $29.48/hr.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
- Manage classroom activities to create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Foster effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Monitor and assess children's development, providing support for early intervention when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with childcare regulations and standards.
