Description:
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Medical Assistant with the ability to be a Pool Floater with CNA training to join our team. This flexible role combines caregiving and medical assistant duties. Based on the organization's needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality support in both client care and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients as needed
- Can read Care plan
- Fill in at various assignments, including home caregiving and execute without training
- Must be flexible to work weekends
- Must be willing to travel within 40 miles
- Knows how to use a Hoyer Lift and Gait belt
- Can lift up to 100lbs using gait belt
- With experience at least 5 years
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training required
- Experience in caregiving and/or medical assisting required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments
- Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
