Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and files.
- Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including document creation and data management.
- Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Support office management tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued, along with strong phone etiquette and clerical experience.
