Education: Master's Degree
Experience: One year of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.

Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work required.
- Experience - minimum of one year in hospital or medical setting.
- Ability to deal comfortably with people in emotional need in a competent, calm manner.
- Proficiency in communication skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in observation, assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates flexibility, initiative and organization in performance.
- Ability to work independently.
- Recognition and commitment to continuing profession development (i.e., professional affiliations: NASW, ACSW, GSHSW, licensure).
- Flexible schedule, some evening work may be required. Pager rotation for evening and weekend coverage required.
