Outpatient Clinician
The Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CCPS) at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is seeking a licensed social worker, mental health clinician, or psychologist to join its outpatient program in Berlin. This position provides clinical services to adults and families across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and designated case management staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Summary of Job Duties
Provide inclusive mental health, developmental disability and substance use services.
Support and advance the WCMHS mission collaboratively and productively working with internal and external partners.
Work closely with clients and families educating clients regarding their health, disease prevention and healthy behaviors.
Conduct diagnostic interviews to understand client's history and symptoms
Develop personalized actionable goals and therapeutic strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
WCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and a generous paid time off package including flexible holidays and 12 vacation days in year one.
The pay range for this position is $236.50 - $27.67 an hour.
Summary of Qualifications
Master's degree and license eligible.
One year experience providing therapy support and clinical services to adults and children.
Experience in DBT, CBT and group therapy preferred.
A collaborative approach, demonstrating understanding of trauma-informed practice and familiarity with co-occurring substance use disorder treatment.
Clean driving record and access to a safe, insured and reliable vehicle.
Work Environment
Work is performed in an outpatient office setting.
