Overview
We're hiring inbound insurance agents to help individuals and families protect what matters most — without the grind that turns people off this industry. No cold calling. You take warm inbound calls from people who already raised their hand asking for coverage, and you help them find the right policy.
This is a real career with top-tier training, hands-on support, and the best technology in the business (Salesforce CRM, AI, and a full suite of tools built to make you successful). Sales experience helps, but it is not required — some of our highest earners walked in with zero sales background and a strong work ethic.
What Makes This Role Different
- 100% inbound. Warm calls from people who requested information — you're helping, not pitching cold.
- No cold calling. No dialing shared leads, aged leads, or cold leads.
- No requirement to recruit or to sell to friends and family.
- Light call volume: typically 3–5 quality calls per day, not a high-pressure dialer churning through hundreds.
- Set schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. Weekends off, every weekend.
- Customer-service mindset wins here. If you're personable, coachable, and genuinely want to help people, you can succeed.
What You'll Do
- Take inbound calls from prospective clients who've requested coverage information.
- Listen, ask the right questions, and identify the protection that actually fits each person's situation and budget.
- Present policy options clearly and confidently, and walk clients through the application start to finish.
- Keep your pipeline organized in Salesforce and follow up on open opportunities.
- Use our technology and systems to work smarter, stay compliant, and close more effectively.
What We're Looking For
- A great communicator who builds trust quickly and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Coachable and self-motivated — you'll get world-class training, but you have to bring the effort.
- Comfortable on the phone and with technology (CRM, video calls, basic software tools).
- A current life insurance license OR willingness to get licensed (we'll point you in the right direction).
- Sales, customer service, call center, or retail experience is a plus — but not required.

Compensation
This is a 100% commission position with strong earning potential and no income cap. Many of our top producers had no prior sales experience — your results are driven by your effort, coachability, and consistency, not your résumé.
