DOOR-TO-DOOR CANVASSER / APPOINTMENT SETTER
$18-$22 Per Hour

K&M Services Roofing & Construction is hiring Door-to-Door Canvassers and Appointment Setters to work residential neighborhoods throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work assigned residential neighborhoods
- Knock on doors and introduce yourself to homeowners
- Start conversations and build rapport
- Provide company information and educational materials
- Identify homeowners who may benefit from a roofing inspection
- Schedule appointments for our inspection team
- Document activity using a smartphone
- Follow our structured neighborhood outreach process
WHAT YOU WON'T DO
- Climb roofs
- Perform inspections
- Prepare estimates
- Negotiate contracts
- Close sales
- Manage construction projects
Our inspection and sales teams handle those responsibilities.
COMPENSATION
Part-Time W-2 Employment
Consistent hourly pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Approximately 20 hours per week.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Experience in any of the following is helpful:

No roofing experience is required.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to walk neighborhoods for several hours
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to pass a background screening
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Certain municipalities may require a solicitor or canvassing permit before neighborhood outreach activities may begin.
When required, K&M Services Roofing & Construction will assist with the process and reimburse approved permit fees.
