In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and inventory control within a fast-paced environment.
As a Shorter/Operator, you will be responsible for:

Sorting & Organizing: Sort incoming and outgoing products using scanners and manual techniques to ensure correct placement.

Inventory Management: Scan and record item details to maintain accurate inventory counts and updated stock levels.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages during sorting to meet quality standards.

Labeling: Apply proper labels to products and packages for easy tracking and retrieval.

Packing & Shipping: Prepare items for shipment by packing, labeling, and weighing packages according to company standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve processes and ensure smooth operations.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in packing, shipping, or receiving preferred.
