Workshop Lead, Spring Pelvic Therapy
Part-time, contract | 2-4 events per month | Evenings & weekends
Role: Represent Spring Physical Therapy at community workshops held at local gyms, studios, and community spaces in the Seattle area. Lead group sessions using our content, connect with attendees, and book qualified participants into our program.
Responsibilities: Deliver pre-built workshop content to groups of 10-30 attendees. Collect attendee contact information at every event. Follow up with interested participants after the workshopHandle pricing conversations and objections confidently. Book consultations and first visits on the spot.
What we're looking for: Personal trainer, Pilates instructor, yoga instructor, or similar fitness background. Comfortable speaking in front of groups. Strong at sales conversations and closing. Coachable, takes. feedback well. Reliable, shows up every single time.
Compensation: $40 per workshop hour
Training: You'll shadow 2-3 workshops first, then lead while observed, then go solo. We train you on our messaging, our packages, and exactly how the conversation should go. You don't need to know pelvic health. You need to know how to connect with people and convert.
Important: All workshop attendees must come through Spring Physical Therapy's program. No independent client solicitation at our events.
Pay: $40.00 per hour
