We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping clients achieve lasting results while being part of a supportive team dedicated to lifelong learning.
Position Summary
The Licensed Massage Therapist provides individualized therapeutic massage treatments designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, decrease stress, and enhance overall wellness. Therapists work closely with clients to develop treatment plans while collaborating with other wellness professionals within the practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional therapeutic massage treatments customized to each client's needs
- Ability to Develop treatment plans based on client goals and progress (when needed)
- Maintain accurate, timely SOAP notes and documentation (when needed)
- Educate clients on stretching, self-care, posture, ergonomics, hydration, and wellness recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional treatment room
- Follow all Arizona massage licensing regulations and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with other practitioners, including wellness coaches, estheticians, and acupuncture providers
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities
- Help create an exceptional client experience from arrival through follow-up
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Recommend treatment frequency and wellness services when appropriate
QualificationsRequired
- Current Arizona Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform multiple massage sessions per day

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
