A global manufacturer seeks an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple facility maintenance, capital improvement, and construction projects from concept through completion. This role partners with cross-functional teams, contractors, and leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while supporting manufacturing operations and facility infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple facility maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, develop schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, and prepare project charters
- Coordinate project execution, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to leadership
- Manage contractors throughout bidding, negotiations, project execution, and closeout
- Prepare purchase orders, capital documentation, and maintain project records
- Track project budgets, timelines, materials, and contractor performance
- Ensure work complies with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Support facility expansion projects, equipment installations, and infrastructure improvements
- Oversee building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, compressed air, and cooling water systems
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and collaborate with operations, engineering, safety, quality, sourcing, and accounting teams
- Maintain and update facility drawings and documentation, including MEPFP and AutoCAD drawings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, facilities, or construction environment
- Experience managing capital projects from planning through implementation
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, facility infrastructure, and manufacturing environments
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Experience managing contractors, competitive bidding, RFIs, change orders, and project schedules
- Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and the National Electrica
- Familiarity with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and environmental systems
- Experience with compressed air, chilled water, cooling towers, and related utility systems is preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project or similar project management software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
