We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Reactive Service Technician locally and a Refrigeration Install Technician with a willingness to travel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems in commercial settings.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration systems
- Install new refrigeration systems according to specifications
- Repair or replace defective components in refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance on various refrigeration units
- Troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and mechanics
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for design and troubleshooting
- Experience with welding and appliance repair is a plus
- Familiarity with using tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical circuits
- Knowledge of how to boil and refrigerate gases for cooling purposes
