Vape Shop Employee
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Educate customers on different vape products and accessories
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist in inventory management and perform regular stock checks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a vape shop or related industry
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy store
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of electronic devices and familiarity with vape products is a plus
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Professional phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries or taking orders
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset to cater to a diverse customer base
