As a valuable team member, your daily tasks will be:
- assembling cabinets
- edge band pieces
- bore doors
- construct laminate countertops
We select employees based on their attitude and ability to work well with our team and customers. We will gladly train you if you are the right fit for our company culture. You must be able to lift 50 pounds and move/shift sheet goods weighing up to 100 pounds.

We’ve built a team of people who work collaboratively toward the same goals. Our employees work well together and are willing to take on additional roles, when needed, to assist each other in completing jobs.
Within the first six months in this role, you will be able to:
- accurately assemble cabinets, construct laminate countertops, and laminate cabinet parts
- follow established safety rules and regulations
- maintain a safe and clean work environment
- determine the next right task and focus on its completion
Compensation:
The pay for this position ranges between $15 to $25. This range is based on your applicable experience, so there is room for you to grow within this position as your cabinetry knowledge and shop skills improve.

*We strive for all the members of our team to have a healthy work-life balance. Our shop team works four 10-hour days, 7 am – 5:30 pm Monday -Thursday. So you will have Fridays off, except for occasional overtime work (with overtime pay).
