Requirements:
What You’ll Do

Prepare and execute high-quality dishes aligned with menu standards

Own your station during service—organized, efficient, and consistent

Plate with precision and attention to detail

Support smooth service flow by assisting with expediting

Contribute to both à la carte and banquet operations

Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
What You Bring

1–2+ years of kitchen experience (fine dining or high-volume preferred)

Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation

Ability to stay composed and perform in a fast-paced environment

Team-first mindset with strong communication skills

Close attention to detail and commitment to quality

Culinary degree or certification (a plus)

Valid Food Handler’s Certification
