As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, ensuring each residence meets high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This is a 1099 Contractor position. We clean approx 3 homes per day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 3:30/4 pm.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to maintain floors, carpets, upholstery, and surfaces.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch areas and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners and addressing any special cleaning requests or concerns.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of floor care methods including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety procedures in home environments.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
