We are looking for CDL-A drivers who want steady OTR work, direct communication with dispatch, and a company that keeps the job simple and straightforward.

Pay may vary based on experience, miles, route availability, safety, and overall performance.
Home Time
Drivers stay out for roughly two weeks at a stretch, and home time is talked through clearly before you are dispatched. Actual home time can shift with loads, location, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Pick up and deliver freight on assigned OTR routes
- Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates
- Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns when needed
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum age 21, per FMCSA interstate driving requirements
- Valid DOT medical card
- Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and background/MVR checks
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate safely in OTR conditions
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable operating late-model automatic and manual equipment
