Work collaboratively with the Supervisor to support your assigned team in ensuring the safe, consistent and professional care and treatment for adolescent males in your assigned dormitory unit. Provide direct supervision and care to youth; coach and train staff; and collaborate with varied disciplines including clinical, medical and administrative staff to do what’s best for the youth in our care.
