Auntie Anne's at our Tysons Corner Center location is immediately hiring for Cashiers, Rollers and Bakers to join our team. From the rolling and baking of products, to the island, into the warmer and to the register, takes a team to fulfill these tasks. You will be trained to perform with confidence in any position you are working.
The role of a Team Member requires an individual to perform duties and responsibilities such as:
- Greeting and engaging with Customers
- Learning the POS (register)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Preparing orders, drinks, etc.
- Handling product on the island and placing into the warmer
- Is good at multi-tasking and has high energy
- Able to follow instructions and is eager to learn new skills
- Takes pride in their work and is dependable
- Resides in close proximity to the Store location and has own/reliable transportation
- Enjoys being part of a team that supports each other
