Receptionist:
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Greet and direct clients and assist with beverage service
· Lobby care, signage, and guest inventory maintenance
· Open and distribute mail
· Conference room oversight and scheduling.
· Other duties as assigned
Insurance Operations Specialist:
Insurance Client Service:
· Assist with basic appointment preparation (confirming appointments, pull basic reports)
· Answer policy owner/policy benefit questions.
· Assist with insurance services: loans, illustrations, beneficiary changes, information-sharing forms, payment facilitation, dividends, etc.
· Assist and coordinate death claims to completion
· Filing/E-filing, maintain and organize client files
· New client onboarding
New Business (Risk and Fixed Products) Processing and Coordination:
· Coordinate and manage new applications – data gathering and processing (client-facing)
· Coordinate paramedical exams
· Assist advisors with health and financial underwriting tasks for new policy underwriting
· Input data into planning software for advisors
· Assist advisors in their business practices and needs
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree or financial services background preferred.
· Oregon’s Life and Health insurance license required; currently licensed or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment.
· Strong customer relationship and customer service skills.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with others.
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Committed to professional development (e.g. licensing, registration, designations).
· Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to learn various software programs quickly.
