Our Findlay location is looking for dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for:
- Product Care Specialist (PCS) – Delivery, installation, customer service & store support
- Account Specialist – Customer accounts, collections, relationship building & store support
No rent-to-own experience? That's okay! We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Product Care Specialist (PCS)
Our Product Care Specialists are more than delivery drivers. They represent Showplace in our customers' homes and play an important role in creating a great customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Safely deliver, install, move, and pick up furniture, appliances, electronics, and other merchandise.
- Provide professional and friendly service inside customers' homes.
- Load, unload, lift, and maneuver merchandise throughout the workday.
- Explain product features and basic operation to customers.
- Assist with warehouse organization, inventory, product preparation, and store operations.
- Help identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
- Safely operate company vehicles and follow all company safety procedures.
- Keep delivery vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving heavy merchandise.
- Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- No previous experience required—we'll train the right person.
Account Specialist
Our Account Specialists build relationships with customers and help keep accounts on track. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and working toward goals.
What You'll Do
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Contact customers regarding account payments and upcoming due dates.
- Help customers resolve past-due accounts and identify workable solutions.
- Maintain accurate account notes and customer information.
- Process payments and other account transactions.
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and other approved communication methods.
- Assist with sales and customer service as needed.
- Work with the store team to achieve account and performance goals.
- Follow company policies and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive customer situations.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable talking with customers by phone and in person.
- Ability to have professional conversations about past-due accounts.
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow through.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- No previous rent-to-own experience required—we provide training.
