We're a warm and welcoming ABC Children's Dental is located in Orange CA 92869, and we're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our front office team!
This is a full-time position, and we're hoping to find someone who’s excited to grow with us long-term. If you're hardworking, great with communication, and enjoy working with children, you could be a perfect fit. We have a supportive, fun team and a positive work environment we think you’ll really enjoy. Denti-Cal heavy business model, with Light PPO and Cash Patients. Spanish Speaking is a must!
Duties Include:
- Greeting and checking in/out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Present treatment plans
- Billing Procedures, A/R
We are looking for someone with dental office experience and are familiar with dental terminology and has experience with Dentrix.
Experience in a dental office is preferred, but we’re most excited to find someone who’s eager to learn and be part of our growing practice.

- Oversee daily front office operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and billing processes
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training, support, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication between patients and providers
- Handle insurance verification, claims submission, and payment processing while maintaining financial accuracy and integrity
- Maintain clinic supplies inventory and oversee fiscal management including budgeting and expense tracking
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in medical administrative support tasks
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
