Crumbl Cookies Matthews is hiring for our assistant manager
Our fun, modern, fast paced cookie shop is looking for a potential assistant manager to help run the store floor. This position will require you to be able to run the store during any hour if the general manager is not around to do so. This is a bakery concept- we bake cookies fresh, in house, daily. www.crumblcookies.com
- Prior management experience is required
- Must enjoy baking!
- Superior customer service skills are the expectation; it will reflect in our online reviews
- Training provided
- Tech savvy
- 30-40 hours per week expected; May have to work extra during busy times
- Starting pay is $13.50 per hour
- Preferred hours would be mostly evenings, Mon-Thurs (with one day off per week) and Friday and Saturday (as these are our busiest days). We are CLOSED on Sundays!
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for purchase
- Keep the store clean and tidy
- Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes
- Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employees
- Conduct inventory on ingredients; order supplies
- Keep up with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal app
- Work closely with the general manager, as a team, to make the store a fantastic place to work
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Proven experiences as an assistant manager or relevant managerial role
- High school diploma is preferred
