- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid to establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate all aspects of construction projects including scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and site supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project scope aligns with client requirements and industry standards
- Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling and site inspections, adjusting plans proactively to meet deadlines
- Manage communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular site safety audits to uphold a secure work environment
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, budget adherence, change orders, and risk assessments for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 (Primavera), Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and project coordination within a construction setting
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations and familiarity with contracts and legal considerations in construction projects
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for clear collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Civil or structural engineering background is a plus but not required; relevant certifications are advantageous
