Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager/Superintendent to lead 110 townhome project from inception to completion. This role combines strategic project management with hands-on supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining quality standards across diverse construction sites. Your leadership will drive project success, foster collaboration and uphold safety and compliance standards throughout all phases of construction. - Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordination to facilitate smooth communication and project flow.
- Develop detailed project schedules
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid analysis, and contract negotiations to secure necessary resources.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Proven experience in construction management or as a superintendent
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction estimating processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
