Property Care & Guest Services Associate (RV Site Available)
Location: Timberline Glamping at Lake Martin
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
Housing Option: Full-hookup RV/camper site available for the right candidate. Bring your own RV or camper and live on-site while working. Water, electric, and campsite provided.
About Us
Timberline Glamping at Lake Martin offers a unique outdoor hospitality experience where guests enjoy the beauty of nature without sacrificing comfort. We're looking for someone dependable, self-motivated, and guest-focused who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in keeping a property looking its best.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, likes interacting with people, and doesn't want to spend every day behind a desk.
What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike. Responsibilities may include:
- Inspect glamping tents before guest arrivals
- Refresh tents between guests when a full cleaning isn't needed
- Maintain shed organization and cleanliness - put away deliveries
- Restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Perform light property maintenance including replacing light bulbs, tightening hardware, simple repairs, pressure washing, grass cutting, and seasonal upkeep
- Maintain the appearance of the property, including light landscaping, trimming, and general grounds care
- Keep Kayaks, SUPs, life jackets and paddles clean and in good repair
- Perform regular preventive maintenance (ex, HVAC deep clean, tarp deep clean, replace zip ties, tighten guylines, it varies from day to day!)
- Coordinate with cleaners and laundry staff to ensure every tent is guest-ready
- Complete routine inspections using company checklists

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to lift approximately 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Handy with basic tools and minor repairs
Schedule
Hours will vary based on occupancy and season.
Weekend and holiday availability is required since those are our busiest guest days.
