Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to join our team in Cameron Park, CA. In this part-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to medical appointments, treatments, healthcare facilities, job sites, and schools.

Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Drive company vehicles to transport passengers in a safe, comfortable, and timely manner.
- Passenger Assistance: Actively assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle. Safely secure mobility devices, including walkers and wheelchairs.
- Route & Log Management: Follow scheduled routes, maintain accurate daily trip logs, and use GPS/smartphone apps effectively.
- Vehicle Care: Perform basic pre-trip safety checks and keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
- Professional Communication: Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding any delays or route issues. Demonstrate courteous behavior toward clients and healthcare partners.
- Confidentiality & Safety: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain strict client confidentiality and respond calmly to unexpected situations.
Position Requirements
- Driving Experience: Must be 21+ years of age with a minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience.
- Clean Driving Record: Must possess a clean DMV driving record.
- Mobility Assistance: Ability to physically and safely assist passengers using walkers and wheelchairs.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to comfortably use GPS navigation and smartphone applications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, clear communication, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
