Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive company image. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an office based position.
Responsibilities
- Process orders and manage assigned customer accounts
- Manage inventory information using outside warehouse websites.
- Inform customers of delays and /or issues
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Upload backup documents to Sales Order such as customer PO, emails, bill of ladings, etc.
- Maintain & update container reports weekly in Excel
- Invoice customer orders daily and issue credit memos as required.
- Perform related job duties as required
- Answering phones
- Back up Customer Service Manager
Experience
- Previous experience (3+ Years) in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with client services and sales techniques is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a busy setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and general computer skills.
- High School Diploma(required) Some College (preferred).
- Experience in the food industry a plus.
- Familiarity with Acumatica or other ERP.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
