What You'll Do
You'll perform maintenance and repairs across a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, and small multifamily properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and general maintenance issues
- Prepare vacant homes for new residents by completing rent-ready turnovers
- Perform property rehabs and improvement projects
- Accurately estimate labor and material needs
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while staying on budget
- Document work with detailed completion notes and before/after photos
- Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, vendors, and teammates
- Maintain company tools and inventory
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing training

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of residential maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with:
- Basic plumbing
- Electrical repairs
- Drywall installation and repair
- Interior painting
- Flooring installation and repair
- Door and window adjustments
- Appliance installation and repair
- General carpentry
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check
Technology You'll Use
Our maintenance team utilizes modern systems to stay organized and provide excellent service.
You'll work with platforms such as:
- Property Meld
- Mobile documentation and photo reporting
Training will be provided on our internal systems and processes.
