This position is responsible for delivering world-class customer service and building business relationships with internal and external customers, including ANC (Airgas National Carbonation) clients. Key duties include the fast and accurate processing of orders and service requests, handling general inquiries, and basic troubleshooting via inbound and outbound calls. The representative coordinates C02 fills and service calls, provides estimated time of arrivals to customers, and works with Service Managers and Area Beverage Managers to ensure customer satisfaction by following the escalation process.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product/service information and determining appropriate service actions.
- Coordinate logistics for service, CO2 fills, and rush deliveries, including providing ETAs and liaising between customers, Service Managers, Area Beverage Managers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable.
- Provide non-technical customer support, handle next-level service issues, and conduct basic troubleshooting calls.
- Maintain excellent follow-up skills to advise customers on response methods and time frames for service requests.
- Assist with special projects, process documentation and updates, email/portal order processing, and departmental training initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Google suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize financial applications within SAP.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
