Starting Salary: $36,336 (Commensurate with Experience)
Join the UNT University Centers & Events team and help maintain premier campus facilities that host students, faculty, staff, and guests year-round. We're seeking a hands-on Custodial Supervisor to lead an evening custodial team, ensure high cleaning standards, and support major campus events.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, train, and support custodial staff
- Assign work schedules and inspect completed work
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the Gateway Center and Coliseum
- Coordinate recycling collection and custodial operations
- Ensure staff have the supplies, equipment, and training needed for success
- Serve as a key partner in delivering exceptional event and facility experiences
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of related custodial, facilities, or operations experience
- Previous lead or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to event schedules
- Experience with campus events or large public venues is a plus
Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
(Flexibility required to support special events)
