AT&T Agent - Entry Level Responsibilities
- Connect directly with customers in person to present AT&T services and develop personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- Represent AT&T services with professionalism, ensuring positive and impactful customer interactions that foster trust and loyalty.
- Learn the ins and outs of what it takes to process sales orders and manage customers accounts effectively during their product sign up
- Identify new opportunities by expanding client markets and contributing to community-oriented initiatives
- Collaborate with other members to create and execute effective sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
