What we expect from you

Qualifications

High school or equivalent
Leadership Experience
1 year Driver's License
ServSafe (Preferred)
Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
Self Motivated
Ability to communicate effectively
Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Key responsibilities

Effectively managing employees and team members
Day to day operations of high volume restaurants
Participate in training and development of all team members
Objectively evaluate employee performance to determine coaching needs
Assist with creating schedules within budget and time constraints
Maintain employee files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
See that restaurant adheres to company policies at all times
Other duties as assigned
