Automotive Technician: Meineke Car Care
Meineke Car Care is seeking a skilled, motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. We are an honest, transparent company that believes in doing repairs the right way and taking care of the technicians who make that possible.
This is an hourly position, ideal for a strong B+ Technician or an A-Level / Lead-Tech–ready technician who wants consistency, support, and a long-term career,not pressure or shortcuts.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
- Performing brakes, suspension, steering, cooling system, drivability, and general mechanical repairs
- Using scan tools and diagnostic equipment to properly identify concerns
- Completing digital inspections with clear, honest documentation
- Recommending repairs based on safety, reliability, and manufacturer standards
- Working closely with service advisors and leadership to ensure transparency and quality
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Supporting team success through collaboration and professionalism
What We’re Looking For?
- B+ level technician or A-level technician (Lead Tech potential strongly valued)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skill set
- ASE certifications strongly preferred (or actively working toward them)
- Solid understanding of modern vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Pride in quality workmanship and ethical repair recommendations
- Desire for long-term growth and advancement within Meineke
