Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Residential In-Home Services team on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will ensure the safety, functionality, and comfort of our clients’ homes by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards of quality, and support the overall satisfaction of our residential customers. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills will be put to good use every day. In addition, it involves working in occupied homes and requires a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and customer trust.
Preferred Experience and Responsibilities:
- General maintenance experience in residential settings
- Working knowledge of:
- HVAC basics
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Minor electrical work
- Drywall repairs
- Caulking and general home repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential systems and appliances to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform welding, residential painting, and other maintenance person tasks to address various maintenance needs.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with residents about repairs and maintenance schedules while ensuring minimal disruption to their daily routines.

Additional Information
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
- This position includes a 90-day probationary period
