Little Caesars, operated by Northeastern Food Services Inc., is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports the General Manager and Shift Leaders while ensuring excellent service, food quality, and team performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in supervising and training crew members and shift leaders
- Ensure excellent customer service and product quality standards
- Help manage labor, food prep, and daily operations
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and food safety procedures
- Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling and deposits
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Resolve customer and employee issues professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~25 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
