Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in various environments, including construction sites and industrial settings. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrician will work with both high voltage and low voltage systems, utilizing various tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of electrical systems.
- Conduit & Raceway Installation: Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit, junction boxes, and raceways (including EMT, Rigid, and PVC) to safely route wiring.
- Use ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and local building codes.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects safely and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent failures.
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems as well as low voltage applications.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and principles.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately.
- Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work is essential.
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Starting pay depends on your depth of field experience and ability to perform work).
Benefits: Paid vacations / Paid Time Off (PTO).
Overtime: Opportunities available at 1.5x your base hourly rate.
