Position Summary
As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans that help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Therapy sessions are provided in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, where you will create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment that promotes meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, self-help, and daily living skills through structured teaching and play-based activities.
- Build positive, respectful, and professional relationships with clients and their families.
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress using company-approved systems.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment during every therapy session.
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress, concerns, and treatment updates.
- Follow all company policies, ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bilingual candidates, including Arabic-speaking applicants, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable, organized, and able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working independently while following clinical direction and treatment plans.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
- Flexible availability, with opportunities to increase hours based on client needs.
- Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, or in ABA therapy is preferred but not required.
- RBT certification is a plus but not required. Training opportunities may be available for qualified candidates.
