What We’re Looking For:
✔ Responsible and reliable
✔ Passion for Japanese products, culture, anime, or collectibles
✔ Ability to communicate in English
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Strong teamwork and customer service skills
✔ Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated
✔ Available to work weekends and holidays when needed
✔ Retail, grocery, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
✔ Management experience preferred for Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions

Compensation:
Store Manager
Base Salary: $5,000 – $6,000/month
Performance Bonus
*Year-End Bonus
Assistant Store Manager
Base Salary: $4,500 – $5,500/month
* Performance Bonus
* Year-End Bonus
Sales Associates
Training Rate: $15/hour
Starting Rate After Training: $16/hour and up (based on performance)
