Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of industrial wiring, power distribution, and automotive electrical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with hand/power tools and troubleshooting equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and flexible shifts
- Forklift certification required (or willing to obtain)
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on aerial lifts
- Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
- Perform minor mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs
- Identify and replace parts as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and perform other assigned duties.
