Full Job Description:
Must have AT LEAST 6 months of dispatcher and/or logistics experience, especially in Drayage/ Intermodal Transportation.
NEED PORT OF BALTIMORE EXPERIENCE
The terminal operations manager oversees dispatch operations, safety and compliance, KPIs, customer relations, and terminal related operations. They are responsible for directing, problem-solving, and planning the maximization of drivers and of the operations schedule. This position is a full-time on-site job where you are required to work in the office Monday-Friday, with opportunity for overtime.

Must have some dispatch and/or terminal management experience especially in Drayage/ Intermodal Transportation.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00- $34.00 per hour (starting rate depends on experience level)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift**
- Monday to Friday
- Some occasional weekend work
**= overtime is offered, and can be necessary due to Port of Baltimore hours and/or deliveries
Supplemental Pay:
