Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound (return) calls using phone communication skills to schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments efficiently.
- Update client records, track interactions, and manage appointment calendars accurately.
- Engage in warm calling and telemarketing activities to generate new leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align appointment schedules.
- Practice consultative techniques by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions during scheduling conversations.
- Negotiate appointment times that accommodate both client preferences and internal priorities, ensuring deal closing potential.
- Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear information, answering questions, and fostering positive relationships through effective communication skills.

- Prompt response times for both phone calls and email/website leads.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish a plus), both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently over the phone.

Pay: $21.15 - $24.04 per hour
