Admissions Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
Admissions Coordinator Records information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
Daily census reports and reporting
Admissions Coordinator Coordinates the inquiry process
Admissions Coordinator Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork including but not limited to universal applications, insurance authorizations and admission agreements
Notification and reporting of admission updates
Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction
Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events when needed
Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions
Requirements/Qualifications:
1 years of experience as an Admissions Coordinator preferred
Spanish Speaking preferred
