Create and present innovative, sustainable, and visually appealing landscape designs tailored to the Midwest climate

Oversee project planning, including budgeting, material selection, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers

Supervise and support landscape construction and installation crews to ensure quality and timely project delivery

Present design proposals to clients, effectively communicate value, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects

Collaborate with field crews to ensure seamless project execution and address any issues that arise

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout and after project completion to maximize satisfaction and investment value

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and contribute to the companys growth

Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting

Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitor developments, sharing insights with company leadership

Utilize information technology and Microsoft Office applications to support sales and project management activities
